You can download your mailing
list information, including demographic fields, directly to
your hard drive in a text delimited format that is easy to
open directly into Excel and other packages for reporting
purposes.
| You
have three options to determine what data you want to
download.
1. Choose Type of
List. You can choose to include all addresses in
the list, or a subset based on a precreated filter.
Setting the
Delimiter: The delimiter decides how your
data is separated in your downloaded file. Text
delimited formats are easily exported in programs
such as Excel or Access.Examples:

2. Fields to
Show: You can choose to download more than
just your email addresses. If you have demographic
information included in your mailing list information,
you can choose what demgographic fields you want to
download into your file.
3. Select Members
- You can choose the portion of your list that you
want to pull the data from, from your active list or
any of your inactive lists:
Active
Email Addresses - Your active list that
currently received your email messages)
Bounced Email addresses
- All the email addresses that have bounced
and not been successfully delivered after retry.
These are moved to the inactive status on your
Bounced list.
Unsubscribed Email
Addresses -
All the email addresses that have been unsubscribed
from your list. These are also inactive.
Trashed By Administrator - All the email
address that you have manually removed to the
inactive list.
All Trashed Email Addresses
- this includes all email addresses on your inactive
list (bounced, unsubscribed)
