Mailingtoad - View/Edit User Profiles

You can change the demographic fields that appear in your list views. By clicking on "Edit Demographic View" , you can select or unselect from your enabled demographics to view only the information you would like to see.

The main Member Records page will also show you a complete list of all your individual records. You have the ability to view or edit their demographic information as well as view the complete User profile of messages sent, messages opened, clickthru History and Action history.

Profile: The demographic information they signed up with or you signed them up with. The user profile is completely editable. Click on the email address to edit the profile.

Message Sent History: This shows a listing of all messages that this user was sent from when they opted-in to your mailing list and the date the message was sent.

Open History: This history shows a list of all the messages that the user has opened, the date the message was sent and the date the user opened it.

Clickthru History: A Clickthru history gives detailed information on any links or URLs imbedded in your messages that the user clicked on. This will show the message subject, date the message was sent, the link clicked on and the date it was clicked.

Action Tracking: Action tracking follows the users actions to your website and lets you know where they visit on your site.
