The system can be set up to state that it has been sent from the email of your choice. In fact the system can be set up so that the email can look like it is from anyone.
You have two options: use your own domain (your.name@yourcompany.com) or take advantage of our reply handling service. If you use your own domain, all the tracking will still work and you will also receive all of the auto replies (of which there may be many). If you take out our reply handling service, your will be given an email address such as yourcompany@mailingtoad.com.
The email will still say that it has come from you, but Smoking Toad will handle all of the returns, send any personal replies back to you, and look after the rest of the automation. This will also protect you from any viruses that may be sitting on your recipients computers. | | |
