The 'Send to a friend' function can be inserted directly into the email. This will then send a copy of the email along with any message that the recipient wishes to add, to up to 10 email address. When the new recipients receive the referred email, it will look like it has been sent from the initial recipient. This is tracked, and reporting is available on who is the most active customer and who has received the referral. | | |
