Someone
received our email on a handheld device, and received the HTML
version not the text version. How can we fix that?
If the PDA email clients show
the HTML version, there really is no control over that. What
you could do, is add a new demographic to your user base that
would identify weather or not the user has a pager/PDA, and
create a rule that would send them a text only message.
Can
I send flash items in my email?
Yes, our system can support
flash. However, if you imbed your links in the flash items, we
cannot track those. Links must be imbedded in straight HTML to
be tracked.
I
just sent a test HTML message, and cannot click on the links
in the email to open/read the article. If I point my browser
to the www. location, it links fine though. What's wrong?
It depends on your email
client. If you're using Microsoft Outlook, you need to make
sure that you open up the message in its own window and not
just look at the message through the preview pane (Outlook
disables Javascript when looking at a message through the
preview pane). |
